Aku Dan Big Mac Burger Problem


Actually, I have this "spare tyre" or "big mac burger" problem with my cute tummy...
Then I went to meet my trainer...
So, with his upset face because I disobey my diet rules before, so my trainer just gave me his last shot of advice, katanyalah...
Payah cakap dengan orang degil ni, sebenarnya...
Hahaha...
I'm so sorry, coach! 

"Kau kena cut carbs mu ni. Nasik, roti, KFC, megi, spaghetti. Cut them off!"

"Jangan makan nasik sebelum jam 12 tghari dan selepas jam 2 petang!"

"Cuba belajar makan selalu tapi sikit2. Mana biskut Oat Krunch mu?"

"Minum banyak air kosong selalu!"

"Kalau boleh elakkan stress, kalau ada yang bikin stress tu, kalau orang pukul jak dia terus! Hahaha..."


"Paling penting, jangan tinggal cardio exercise dengan abs crunch..."


p/s: sorry seems to be the hardest word...so, sorry ya nasik! huhuhu...u're gonna be missed...
